FAQs

Yes, beginners are more than welcome! Before every ride, we provide a basic introduction covering how to hold, shorten, and lengthen the reins, basic communication with the horse, and vital safety guidance. Depending on the daily schedule, we also provide hands-on guidance during the ride to ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience safely.

We highly recommend wearing long trousers and closed athletic shoes. For summer months, lightweight and comfortable seasonal clothing is best. For safety reasons, please choose shoes with a flatter sole and minimal deep tread to reduce any possibility of the foot getting caught in the stirrup.

Possibly, but it is never guaranteed through messages alone. The riding pace is always adapted on the spot based on rider experience, balance, control, communication with the horse, and horse welfare. Experienced riders will have opportunities for a more dynamic ride where appropriate, but final decisions are strictly made by our guides after observing the riders directly.

As a general guideline for the welfare of our horses, the maximum rider weight is approximately 95 kg. However, suitability also depends on the rider's height, balance, and overall horse comfort.
Yes! Guests are warmly invited to participate in the preparation before many of our experiences. This includes meeting your horse, basic grooming, learning about the equipment, and tacking up. Many of our visitors tell us this hands-on connection becomes one of the most memorable parts of their visit.
Yes, we have options for young riders, varying by age, height, and experience. Typically, we recommend an approximate 1-hour experience for children around 4 years old. For children aged 5–6 and above, longer experiences may be possible depending on their height and confidence.
Possibly. If you are an experienced rider and demonstrate the necessary balance, control, and clear communication with the horse, you will have opportunities for a more dynamic pace where appropriate. We firmly believe that riding should remain comfortable and respectful for both horse and rider.

General Information & Safety Guidelines

🚗 Arrival Information

To ensure a relaxed and safe preparation, please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled starting time. This gives us plenty of time for introductions, safety briefings, meeting the horses, and participating in their grooming and preparation.

☀️ Summer Seasonal Schedule (June – July – August)

To keep both horses and riders comfortable during the hot summer months, we operate strictly during the cooler hours of the day:

Morning Experiences: Meeting time at 07:00 | Departure at 07:30 (Activity ends around 09:30).

Afternoon/Evening Experiences: Meeting time at 19:00 | Departure at 19:30.

Note: Schedules may vary slightly depending on extreme weather conditions and horse welfare.

🐴 Group Size & Horse Welfare Philosophy

During the peak summer season, beginner groups include up to approximately 6 riders. Depending on daily conditions and rider experience, up to 7 horses are available. Our philosophy is simple: The wellbeing of our horses always comes first. Every single experience is organized around weather conditions, horse health, rider ability, and the natural routine of the animals. Respect shapes everything we do.

⚠️ Vital Safety Rules

• Children must remain supervised at all times around the farm environment.

• Please do not feed the horses without direct guidance from our staff.

• To respect the horses’ routine, please do not enter the property earlier than your arranged appointment time. If you arrive early, please avoid using your car horn or calling out for access.

• Trotting or cantering is strictly prohibited if there are beginner riders in the group, and may only take place with your guide’s explicit approval.

• Because horses naturally behave as a herd, maintaining a uniform, safe pace ensures a beautiful experience for everyone.
