Our volunteering and internship experiences are designed for people interested in horse riding, horsemanship, equine studies, horse training, stable management, agriculture, organic cultivation, animal care, farm life, agritourism, practical learning and cultural exchange in Kefalonia. This is not a holiday programme, but an opportunity to become part of everyday life around the stable and farm while learning through real participation.

Participants stay within the farm environment and become part of everyday life around the horses, animals and farm activities. This is not designed as a holiday programme, but as a practical learning experience for people who are motivated, responsible and willing to participate.
Depending on the season, experience level and availability, daily activities may include feeding, grooming, horse preparation, stable management, animal care, organic garden activities and general farm tasks. Accommodation is provided in shared rooms with shared bathroom facilities, and meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner, primarily based on farm products.
The programme balances learning activities with personal time, while the daily rhythm may vary depending on the season, weather, farm needs and riding schedule.
Volunteer and internship experiences are arranged individually according to the season, participant goals and the daily needs of the farm. The structure remains practical and flexible, so participants can learn through real involvement while also having personal time.
Volunteers and internship participants may also have the opportunity to book riding lessons, horsemanship sessions and clinics with trainers with competitive experience, including Balkan-level coaching experience.
